Meet Sam
Born in Irving, Texas, Sam was raised and attended high school in Grapevine, TX (Grapevine High School) and he is in the process of completing his degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at Texas Christian University. Growing up he worked for his family's engineering and land surveying company. His work on the land survey field team analyzing property for land development showed him how a homeowners property is developed from its inception. This helped Sam jump start his career in real estate right out of high school, within a month of earning his license he purchased his first rental property and since then he has helped other families find their dream homes.
Coming from an entrepreneurial family, hard work, enthusiasm, drive, and creativity are in his genes. Sam is passionate about his career and feels privileged to work with some of the best clients, and most amazing properties across Dallas-Fort Worth. He prides himself on superior customer service, which means he’ll bend over backward for each and every client whether they are buying or selling a multimillion-dollar estate, or purchasing their very first home.
In his free time, you can find Sam spending time at the family lake house on Granbury Lake, out on the boat surfing, attending TCU sporting events cheering on his beloved Horn Frogs, or out and about in Fort Worth or Grapevine.
